About this project We are sourcing independent contractors to help review AI-generated coding and technical customer service outputs for accuracy, clarity, and guideline alignment. This opportunity involves evaluating virtual agent responses, JSON structures, audio-related content, and other technical materials to ensure outputs are correct, natural, and easy to understand. Ideal experts must have native-level fluency in Portuguese. Experts do not need to currently live in Brazil, but they should have strong familiarity with natural Brazilian Portuguese pronunciation, phrasing, tone, and language conventions as used in Brazil. Strong JSON knowledge is required, including the ability to read, validate, troubleshoot, and identify formatting or structural issues. Coding knowledge is also required, including the ability to understand technical concepts and identify basic logic, syntax, or functionality issues. Experts should be comfortable following detailed guidelines, assessing whether AI outputs meet project requirements, and providing thoughtful feedback to improve overall quality.
